KW’s Raceroom will take pride of place in the outside trade area at Modified Nationals 2010.

Raceroom is a brand new concept which boasts state of the art Race Simulators set up so a full grid of drivers can race against each other in one room.

If you have always dreamed of being a racing driver this is for you.

With nearly 500 cars to choose from and nearly 50 tracks, drivers were bound to have some serious fun. Those that have already tried it out thought it was great and incredibly realistic. Thanks to the vast amount of meticulous research that has gone into creating the software, the behavior of the race cars and the detail within the game is extremely realistic. You can even see the brake discs glow red when they are being put through their paces, let alone a tyre blowing out on you. Simple things like flies hitting the windscreen are also included…nothing has been left out.

For those that are not brave enough to race – you can grab a drink and relax in one of our custom made cobra race seats. Then calmly watch the intense racing broadcast on our 42 inch widescreen.

Modern soul has a new name… Widely tipped as one to watch in 2010, McLean releases his first single ‘My Name’ via Asylum Records on March 8.  The track has already been added to the radio 1 C list along with the Choice and 1Xtra playlists and has been chosen as Box TV’s VIP track – guaranteeing 100 plays a week across The Bob, 4 Music, Smash Hits and Kiss.

Hailing from Dagenham, McLean has fought his way up through the UK urban scene working with Chase & Status, Tinie Tempah, Ironik, Tinchy Stryder and N-Dubz along the way.

McLean‘s voice is uniquely soulful – producer Fraser T Smith describes him as:

‘My Name’ showcases this voice, prompting a host of media to predict that McLean will be a major breakthrough act this year (including Radio 1Xtra, RWD, Metro and The Daily Star).

Originally produced by Slick and Magic in London, ‘My Name’ was perfected in LA by Dylan ‘3D’ Dresdow.  Dylan is Will.I.Am’s long-term studio accomplice having recorded and mixed every Will.I.Am or Black Eyed Peas’ record since Elephunk, including the recent global hits Boom Boom Pow, I Got A Feeling and Meet You Halfway.  Remixes come courtesy of arch-grimesters Scorcher and Boy Better Know (featuring Skepta, JME, and Shorty) with Ian Carey delivering house mixes.

‘My Name’ follows last years magical trailer record ‘Broken’.  Leaked to media in September, ‘Broken’ has amassed: 5 Million YouTube views; 20 Million views across Myspace, Bebo, Habbo, Last FM; a plethora of copy-cat cover versions from fans; whilst residing for 16 weeks in the Shazam Tag and TV Airplay charts.  It also enjoyed incredible support from key urban stations including Choice, Kiss, Radio 1Xtra, AKA, Kiss TV, Flava and MTV Base.

After writing and appearing with Chase & Status on their More Than A Lot album, McLean teams up with an A-list team of collaborators for his own debut album –  due summer 2010 – including producers: Fraser T Smith (the UKs most successful producer of 2009, with 3 Number 1s and  Top 10 smashes for Tinchy Stryder, Taio Cruz and James Morrison), Naughty Boy (Chipmunk, Wiley), Simon Franglen (Leona Lewis, Michael Jackson, Avatar), Nate ‘Danja’ Hills (Justin Timberlake, Madonna, Timbaland, Britney, Pink, Nelly Furtado), Manny Marroquin (Alicia Keys, Kanye West, Rihanna), Dylan ‘3D’ Dresdow (Black Eyed Peas, Missy Elliot, Alicia Keys), and Phil Tan (Leona, Usher, Rihanna, One Republic, Snoop, Jay-Z).

Other McLean facts:

Video director Nick Bartleet enlisted original Entrapment choreographer Paul Harris to reinvent his laser sequence from Catherine Zeta-Jones’ blockbuster for the video to ‘My Name’.

McLean recently lent his vocals to the Young Soul Rebels Top 10 smash ‘I Got Soul’.

McLean is son of Lovers Rock legend John McLean (If I Gave My Heart To You), cousin of Bitty McLean (It Keeps Raining), and brother of current Peterborough United striker Aaron McLean.

Lethal Bizzle is the most prolific, exciting rapper to emerge from the UK underground scene.  Previously a member of More Fire Crew, and with a UK No. 7 chart hit with ‘Oi’, Bizzle formed his own Lethal Bizzle Records imprint in 2004. At the end of that year, he released the single ‘Pow! (Forward)’. Produced by Dexplicit, it entered at 11 on the U.K. pop charts and earned him a MOBO award for Best Single (he was also nominated for Best Newcomer).

‘Immediately after the last tour for ‘Back To Bizznizz’, I said that the next album has to be a live album. But when I say “live” album – I just mean a big party from start to finish. When I tour the songs that always got the crazy responses were the grime, hip hop and dance records. And ‘Go Hard’ is one hell of a party. The third album from Walthamstow’s MOBO Award-winning MC Lethal Bizzle flies in the face of recession stress and aims to make us dance away the credit crunch blues, from the imperious low-tempo strut of ‘Money Power Respect Fame’ through to the download-only bonus beauty ‘Jump’, a joyously infectious take on House Of Pain’s Jump Around, the only song that has inflicted more long-term damage on dance floors than the stiletto heel.

A message from IRONIK

I’ve been fortunate enough to DJ since I was 13, playing at some of the biggest venues with Twice As Nice to some crazy crowds! Since I got signed, Iíve performed up and down the UK and had the chance to take my music to other parts of the world including Gambia, Greece, Cyprus, Belgium, Sweden, Spain and many more.. It has been a big journey, but I’m only 21 now, so I know I’ve got a lot more to give especially when it comes to my music. People know me for making music from the heart, but I’m not trying to be just one thing out here, I think that my sound could be classed as anything from grime and hip-hop to pop and R&B. As an artist, Ill always try to push the boundaries of whatever people thought I was capable of so expect to see even bigger things from me in the future, watch this space!

For a lot of people I led the scene using MySpace and youtube to reach out to fans – in fact that was how I got my record deal after they saw that millions of people were listening to ëStay With Meí on the internet. I know it was my fans that helped me get to where I am today and it’s your continued support that will take me forward. EMMA-UK run a series of car audio competitions all over the U.K. They will be offering anyone who wants to the opportunity to compete on a fair and level playing field the opportunity to do so at the event. dBDrag UK offers two formats of competition:

dBDrag Racing
This is where it all started, the competition is a head to head with 30 seconds to get the maximum SPL out of your system. You can either take part in the competition or simply have your system tested to see just how loud it will go. There are a number of classes, so you don’t have to worry about your car fitting in, everything is welcome!

Bass Race
This is an extremely fun competition format with a class for every system. The playing field in this class is so level that 1st timers have beaten world class competitors, it’s all about control not the system!

Which ever you choose to do, the dBDrag UK team are on hand to help you and take you through the measuring process. It’s not all about competition though, world class competitors are on hand to offer advice and assistance throughout the weekend. And when they aren’t giving advice, you can see top flight dBDrag cars creating serious Sound Pressure Levels!
