Site information… By purchasing your ticket you are deemed to have read these rules and conditions of booking.
E-tickets are scan-able tickets and are single use to admit one person and up to 2 under 14’s. Weekend / VIP tickets will be exchanged for a Wristband. Please look after your wristband as if you lose it, it WILL NOT be replaced.
RESPECT THE SPEED LIMIT
There is a 5MPH speed limit on-site. Please respect this limit when moving your vehicle from camping to your club stand. There is NO vehicle movement on the campsite once set up unless you are leaving the area.
NO GLASS, NO OPEN FIRES
No glass bottles, jars etc, & No Fires allowed on site. This is for your safety as tents are especially flammable. Only charcoal barbecues are allowed. Please DO NOT put your BBQ on the grass as it burns / scorches the ground. When your BBQ is finished with please make sure it is out before throwing in the bins provided.
NO BBQ’S ON CLUB / SHOW STANDS.
No BB’s will be allowed on Club Stands during show hours. Please restrict your BBQ’s to the camping areas.
Water taps can be found throughout the showground. There are also car washing areas in the car park behind the Exhibition centre and between the Barn & Hot Rod Shed.
No dogs or pets of any kind are allowed on site (Modified Nationals) for any reason.
NO UNLICENCED VEHICLES
No quad bikes, mopeds or any other unlicensed motorised vehicles will be allowed on site.
There is NO vehicle movement on-site while the event is open to the public. If you need to go to the shop please use a car that is on the campsite and NOT in the show. If you do leave you will NOT be allowed back on to your stand. (Too Good for the Car park & those with prior permission are the only exception)
Free wifi access is available in the Exhibition centre.
N0 UNAUTHROISED SOUND SYSTEMS
Independent sound systems are not allowed on site. Any music should be played at a reasonable level and all music should be switched off at 11PM in General & VIP camping areas and 9PM in Family Camping.
FIRST AID AND FIRE
There is a full medical team and fire appliance on-site all weekend. Should their urgent assistance be required please tell a member of security who will radio through for an ambulance/ fire engine. For non-urgent treatment the first aid team can be found between the buildings opposite gate 3
Security will be on site at all times throughout the event to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable time. Their instructions must be followed at all times. Please contact them in any emergency.
Club stands can set-up Friday from 2pm until 7pm. Then from Approx 7.30am Saturday morning. Day tickets on club Stands can arrive from 7.30am ONLY if they are showing their car.
Gate 3 will close at 7pm, only traders will then be allowed in this area till first light (approx. 7.30am) the following morning.
STAYING OFF SITE
There is evening entertainment FREE for all weekend/VIP ticket holders and is from 7pm – 3am. If you are staying off site you can get a Taxi back to the event. Please use Gate 15 for taxi pick-ups / drop-off’s. The Daytime show closes at 5.30pm, those staying off site can use the Cambridge Suite to wait for the evening Entertainment to start at 8pm. There is also a Harvester at the Showground entrance for those who would like a meal or do not want to wait on-site.
USE THE CORRECT ENTRANCE.
Please make your way to the correct gate. These are clearly sign posted from the main road. Weekend tickets use the Weekend gate; Day tickets follow the signs for the Day gate.
**Show cars (Ultimate Show Car Competition / Show & Shine Plaza & All Red Carpet Cars) should follow the signs for the Trade/ Show Car gate.
**All Club Cars (weekend / VIP / Day Tickets) should follow the directions for the Weekend gate.
Those booking E-Tickets will be able to collect their vehicle pass on arrival at the venue.
